About the role

  • Administrative and organizational support in managing recruiting and onboarding processes
  • Coordination of appointments for job interviews, pre-employment checks, and similar events
  • Assistance in obtaining all relevant documents and information required for completing employment contracts
  • Processing of applications and supplemental agreements related to support for voluntary training and continuing education
  • Administrative support in supervising dual-study students and apprentices, as well as assistance with events related to apprenticeship recruiting
  • Organization of general office tasks and ensuring smooth operations within the recruiting team

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training (m/f/d), e.g., office management clerk, industrial clerk, or personnel services clerk
  • Relevant professional experience in human resources or office administration
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Structured, careful, and precise working style
  • Reliable, team-oriented personality with excellent communication skills
  • Proficient with common MS Office applications
  • Very high level of German, spoken and written
