About the role

  • Talent Acquisition Resourcer sourcing exceptional tech talent for Kainos. Collaborating with the team to shape the future of the business while proactively engaging candidates.

Responsibilities

  • Find brilliant talent before anyone else does
  • Proactively source and engage both passive and active candidates across key technical areas
  • Conduct thoughtful screening conversations, assess skills and alignment, and present well-qualified candidates to Talent Acquisition Partners
  • Partner closely with TA colleagues to design creative, data-driven sourcing approaches
  • Leverage tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Phenom to drive outreach effectiveness
  • Communicate clearly, set expectations, and ensure every candidate interaction reflects who we are and what we stand for

Requirements

  • Experience in sourcing or recruitment (in-house or agency), ideally within technical hiring
  • Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Experience using sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Phenom
  • A proactive, organised approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Knowledge of sourcing strategies, market trends and advanced search techniques
  • The ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative, fast-paced team
