Responsibilities
Find brilliant talent before anyone else does
Proactively source and engage both passive and active candidates across key technical areas
Conduct thoughtful screening conversations, assess skills and alignment, and present well-qualified candidates to Talent Acquisition Partners
Partner closely with TA colleagues to design creative, data-driven sourcing approaches
Leverage tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Phenom to drive outreach effectiveness
Communicate clearly, set expectations, and ensure every candidate interaction reflects who we are and what we stand for
Requirements
Experience in sourcing or recruitment (in-house or agency), ideally within technical hiring
Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with a wide range of stakeholders
Experience using sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Phenom
A proactive, organised approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Knowledge of sourcing strategies, market trends and advanced search techniques
The ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative, fast-paced team
