About the role

  • Tech Recruiter executing recruitment strategy for Insider One's Development Team, optimizing quality and efficiency of new hires. Join a socially progressive tech community and make an impact.

Responsibilities

  • will execute the recruitment strategy of the Insider One Development Team & help us exceed borders & march with the best out there,
  • will be coordinating the recruiting process for all technical positions while optimizing the quality of new hires, time to hire, and cost to hire; our aim is to become better every day,
  • will be conducting telephone interviews and job interviews while demonstrating Insider One’s culture & creating a charming journey for candidates,
  • will manage & support all the steps of the recruitment process for your candidates; you will accompany them throughout,
  • will be cooperating with the management teams in developing talent and implementing improved and effective HR practices; we are building this community together,
  • will be creating policies to support company business objectives; remember, everything can always be better!
  • will have the chance to be part of different projects related to different HR functions; if you have an interest, there is no holding back!

Requirements

  • have a Bachelor’s degree in related fields,
  • have 2+ years of experience in recruitment; technical recruitment experience is a plus,
  • have strong recruitment passion & wish to pursue a successful career in this area,
  • are a confident, vibrant person with an everlasting go-getter attitude,
  • have the ability to manage ambiguity while fostering an example of professionalism and leadership; startups are the art of the possible!
  • can always motivate yourself to be better in this ever-growing community,
  • have such communication skills that speaking to people from different backgrounds, cultures & functions makes your day,
  • will always remember that we are the first Insiders candidates meet & that we create an unimaginable impact,
  • have an excellent command of written and spoken English; we communicate with the whole world, 5 continents & 25+ regions,
  • have strong empathy & understanding; it’s our job to understand people like no one can,
  • have strong written and oral communication skills, including fundamental presentation skills and the demonstrated ability to articulate ideas clearly and appropriately; we influence the whole community,

  • have strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks,
