About the role

  • Recruiter supporting hiring across Verisk’s businesses and corporate functions in Poland. Delivering full lifecycle recruitment and focusing on candidate experience and process efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver end‑to‑end recruitment across multiple functions
  • Leverage the latest ATS & CRM technology to ensure an efficient and compliant recruitment process.
  • Build strong partnerships with business and HR stakeholders

Requirements

  • 2–3 years’ recruitment experience (agency or in‑house)
  • Proven sourcing and hiring capability at scale
  • Knowledge of AI‑enabled recruitment tools and their practical application across sourcing, screening and hiring processes
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent English
  • Technical recruitment experience within insurance and/or experience with AI‑enabled recruitment tools is a plus
