About the role

Responsibilities

  • Conduct end-to-end recruitment and selection processes, from role alignment to final offer, with a focus on attracting and selecting the best market talent
  • Align candidate profiles with hiring managers, translating business needs into technically accurate and culturally aligned profiles
  • Conduct competency-based interviews and administer behavioral assessments to deepen understanding of candidate fit
  • Perform market mapping and proactive talent sourcing, identifying professionals aligned with technical requirements and Tokio Marine's way of being
  • Ensure a positive, efficient and human-centered experience for candidates and hiring managers
  • Act as a strategic partner to business areas, influencing decisions based on data, behavioral analysis and business insight
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and recommend continuous improvements to increase the efficiency and quality of hires

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology
  • Intermediate English for interaction in corporate contexts
  • Experience managing complex and high-volume recruitment processes
  • Experience with proactive sourcing and hunting strategies, using LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), such as Gupy, Greenhouse, Inhire or similar
