Responsibilities
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment and selection processes, from role alignment to final offer, with a focus on attracting and selecting the best market talent
- Align candidate profiles with hiring managers, translating business needs into technically accurate and culturally aligned profiles
- Conduct competency-based interviews and administer behavioral assessments to deepen understanding of candidate fit
- Perform market mapping and proactive talent sourcing, identifying professionals aligned with technical requirements and Tokio Marine's way of being
- Ensure a positive, efficient and human-centered experience for candidates and hiring managers
- Act as a strategic partner to business areas, influencing decisions based on data, behavioral analysis and business insight
- Monitor recruitment metrics and recommend continuous improvements to increase the efficiency and quality of hires
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology
- Intermediate English for interaction in corporate contexts
- Experience managing complex and high-volume recruitment processes
- Experience with proactive sourcing and hunting strategies, using LinkedIn Recruiter
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), such as Gupy, Greenhouse, Inhire or similar
