Responsibilities
Conduct end-to-end recruitment and selection processes, from role alignment to final offer, with a focus on attracting and selecting the best market talent
Align candidate profiles with hiring managers, translating business needs into technically accurate and culturally aligned profiles
Conduct competency-based interviews and administer behavioral assessments to deepen understanding of candidate fit
Perform market mapping and proactive talent sourcing, identifying professionals aligned with technical requirements and Tokio Marine's way of being
Ensure a positive, efficient and human-centered experience for candidates and hiring managers
Act as a strategic partner to business areas, influencing decisions based on data, behavioral analysis and business insight
Monitor recruitment metrics and recommend continuous improvements to increase the efficiency and quality of hires
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Psychology
Intermediate English for interaction in corporate contexts
Experience managing complex and high-volume recruitment processes
Experience with proactive sourcing and hunting strategies, using LinkedIn Recruiter
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), such as Gupy, Greenhouse, Inhire or similar
