About the role

  • Recruitment and HR Coordinator supporting Indra's internal recruitment processes. Overseeing onboarding and administration while promoting Indra to prospective employees.

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing all onboarding tasks, including security clearance, right to work checks, issuing contracts, updating our HR and ATS systems, as well ensuring new starters have the support and documentation they need.
  • Coordinating and scheduling interviews via our ATS
  • Recruitment Administration to include processing of invoices, writing job descriptions, sharing psychometric tests etc.
  • Being the first point of contact in the Talent Acquisition team for any recruitment related queries including from recruitment agencies, universities, schools, students etc
  • Assisting the Talent Acquisition Partner with hiring including sourcing, screening and interviewing where required.
  • Coordination of induction e-learning, including mandatory training and compliance.

Requirements

  • From a recruitment and/or HR background or interested in pursuing a role within these areas
  • Someone who is willing to be flexible in their approach, we are in a growth period which means we can be involved in multiple projects, across different markets at any one time
  • A strong administrator with confidence using various MS Office packages such as Word, Excel.
  • Experience using a applicant tracking system preferred but not essential.
  • An exceptional communicator who is credible and concise, you will be able to build relationships with both our internal and external stakeholders with ease.
  • A self-starter with a desire to contribute to a growing team
  • Proactive with strong organisation and planning skills.
  • Takes the initiative to continuously improve processes and identify opportunities for automation.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Willingness to travel to other Indra sites, London, Peterborough
