Responsibilities
Independently manage and execute the entire recruiting process — from job posting to successful hire
Create and publish job advertisements on traditional job boards, professional networks and social media channels in coordination with the hiring departments
Screen and pre-select applicants; plan, conduct and follow up on interviews in coordination with the hiring departments
Serve as the central point of contact for internal stakeholders and external candidates throughout the recruiting process
Active sourcing: proactively identify and approach specialists and managers
Develop target-group-specific recruiting strategies, taking into account current trends and market requirements
Represent the company at events, job fairs and recruiting activities to attract talent
Further develop our employer branding and recruitment marketing, including school and university outreach
Cooperate with agencies, organizations and associations to explore new channels for talent acquisition
Maintain and improve the applicant tracking system
Take on HR special topics and actively contribute to HR projects, e.g. optimizing the onboarding process
Requirements
Completed commercial apprenticeship, ideally with HR-related continuing education, or a degree in business administration with a focus on HR
Experience in recruitment and employer branding/recruitment marketing
Career changers to HR with relevant experience are also welcome
Experience in the construction industry is desirable
Confident user of MS Office and applicant tracking systems, with an affinity for modern recruiting solutions and social media
Strong communication skills, team player mentality, empathy, and a good sense for people and different target groups
High service and advisory orientation
Independent, structured working style with strong personal responsibility and team spirit
Willingness to travel
