About the role

  • Recruiter managing the entire recruiting process for HEGEMANN-REINERS GROUP in Bremen. Focus on candidate sourcing, employer branding, and HR projects.

Responsibilities

  • Independently manage and execute the entire recruiting process — from job posting to successful hire
  • Create and publish job advertisements on traditional job boards, professional networks and social media channels in coordination with the hiring departments
  • Screen and pre-select applicants; plan, conduct and follow up on interviews in coordination with the hiring departments
  • Serve as the central point of contact for internal stakeholders and external candidates throughout the recruiting process
  • Active sourcing: proactively identify and approach specialists and managers
  • Develop target-group-specific recruiting strategies, taking into account current trends and market requirements
  • Represent the company at events, job fairs and recruiting activities to attract talent
  • Further develop our employer branding and recruitment marketing, including school and university outreach
  • Cooperate with agencies, organizations and associations to explore new channels for talent acquisition
  • Maintain and improve the applicant tracking system
  • Take on HR special topics and actively contribute to HR projects, e.g. optimizing the onboarding process

Requirements

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship, ideally with HR-related continuing education, or a degree in business administration with a focus on HR
  • Experience in recruitment and employer branding/recruitment marketing
  • Career changers to HR with relevant experience are also welcome
  • Experience in the construction industry is desirable
  • Confident user of MS Office and applicant tracking systems, with an affinity for modern recruiting solutions and social media
  • Strong communication skills, team player mentality, empathy, and a good sense for people and different target groups
  • High service and advisory orientation
  • Independent, structured working style with strong personal responsibility and team spirit
  • Willingness to travel
