About the role

  • Talent Acquisition Business Partner overseeing end-to-end recruitment processes at SkyNRG. Collaborating with management to develop strategic hiring practices and enhance employer branding.

Responsibilities

  • You work closely with hiring managers and leadership teams to understand business priorities, workforce needs, and team dynamics.
  • You translate these into smart, forward-looking hiring strategies.
  • You challenge assumptions, advise on role design and market realities, and ensure we make high-quality, future-proof hiring decisions.
  • You are responsible for driving recruitment processes from intake to offer, ensuring an outstanding candidate experience while maintaining high standards of quality, pace, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Beyond filling roles, you actively contribute to strengthening our employer brand, improving recruitment processes, and building scalable talent acquisition practices.
  • You use data and insights to continuously refine your approach and elevate the function from operational execution to strategic impact.
  • You combine ownership, business acumen, and strong stakeholder management with a passion for creating meaningful candidate experiences and building high-performing teams.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Business Partner or senior recruiter in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
  • Strong ability to act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, influencing decisions and challenging assumptions when needed.
  • Hands-on ownership of end-to-end recruitment processes, from intake to offer.
  • Excellent understanding of candidate experience, employer branding, and recruitment best practices.
  • Strong data and technology skills: able to analyze TA metrics, build dashboards, and leverage ATS systems to drive insights and optimize recruitment processes.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR, business, or a related field.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
