Responsibilities
You work closely with hiring managers and leadership teams to understand business priorities, workforce needs, and team dynamics.
You translate these into smart, forward-looking hiring strategies.
You challenge assumptions, advise on role design and market realities, and ensure we make high-quality, future-proof hiring decisions.
You are responsible for driving recruitment processes from intake to offer, ensuring an outstanding candidate experience while maintaining high standards of quality, pace, and stakeholder alignment.
Beyond filling roles, you actively contribute to strengthening our employer brand, improving recruitment processes, and building scalable talent acquisition practices.
You use data and insights to continuously refine your approach and elevate the function from operational execution to strategic impact.
You combine ownership, business acumen, and strong stakeholder management with a passion for creating meaningful candidate experiences and building high-performing teams.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Business Partner or senior recruiter in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
Strong ability to act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, influencing decisions and challenging assumptions when needed.
Hands-on ownership of end-to-end recruitment processes, from intake to offer.
Excellent understanding of candidate experience, employer branding, and recruitment best practices.
Strong data and technology skills: able to analyze TA metrics, build dashboards, and leverage ATS systems to drive insights and optimize recruitment processes.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR, business, or a related field.
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
