Responsibilities
Analyze existing customer retention measures and benchmark loyalty programs
Develop a concept for a loyalty points system (digital or hybrid)
Assess technical feasibility and integration into existing processes
Design possible reward models (discounts, exclusive services, etc.)
If applicable, support implementation together with Marketing, IT and Sales
Present findings and recommendations to Sales Management / Executive Management
Requirements
Enrolled student (m/f/d) in Business Administration, Marketing, Innovation Management, E‑Commerce or a comparable degree program
Interest in customer retention, loyalty programs and customer experience
Analytical and conceptual thinking skills
Structured and independent working style
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
Ideally, initial experience with loyalty programs (e.g., through internships, projects, etc.)
