About the role

  • Working Student focusing on customer loyalty program development. Analyzing existing measures and creating new loyalty concepts at TEDOM's energy service division.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze existing customer retention measures and benchmark loyalty programs
  • Develop a concept for a loyalty points system (digital or hybrid)
  • Assess technical feasibility and integration into existing processes
  • Design possible reward models (discounts, exclusive services, etc.)
  • If applicable, support implementation together with Marketing, IT and Sales
  • Present findings and recommendations to Sales Management / Executive Management

Requirements

  • Enrolled student (m/f/d) in Business Administration, Marketing, Innovation Management, E‑Commerce or a comparable degree program
  • Interest in customer retention, loyalty programs and customer experience
  • Analytical and conceptual thinking skills
  • Structured and independent working style
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
  • Ideally, initial experience with loyalty programs (e.g., through internships, projects, etc.)
