About the role

  • Assistente de Atendimento II providing After Sales support for Technogym's customers via phone, email, and chat. Responsible for resolving technical issues and ensuring customer satisfaction in São Paulo.

Responsibilities

  • Answer customers' technical support calls, emails and chat messages;
  • Provide timely and accurate solutions to technical issues, ensuring customer satisfaction;
  • Schedule field technician visits for on-site diagnostics;
  • Receive notifications of customer problems and, with the support of internal systems, identify the parts required for proper repair;
  • Track case progress and keep the customer informed at all times.

Requirements

  • High school diploma;
  • Experience in customer service;
  • Familiarity with technologies and tools such as HelpDesk;
  • Basic Excel skills.
