Responsibilities
Hire, train and lead a team of Corporate Sales Representatives
Coach and develop a results-driven team on driving growth
Develop CSR's for career growth within the Smarsh Sales organization
Conduct regular reviews with reps to guide expectations and drive desired results
Motivate Individuals and team to exceed objectives through coaching and mentorship
Drive continuous improvement throughout the team, raising improvement suggestions and/or pain points to Sales leadership
Report on sales metrics and forecast to senior sales management
Actively use salesforce.com to lead the sales process, and set standards for performance metrics
Accurately forecast and manage team pipeline on a monthly and quarterly basis using salesforce.com
Initiate and coordinate demand generation outreach with Marketing department personnel
Requirements
College Degree
1+ years experience managing, hiring and training Corporate Sales Representatives to achieve performance goals is highly preferred but not required
4+ years experience in a technical sales role is required. Cloud/SaaS solution sale is required, knowledge of financial markets highly preferred
Excellent communication, business acumen, organizational, and time management skills are necessary to the success of the role
