About the role

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for invoicing repair and service work carried out for the mechanical workshop's customers.
  • Handle part of incoming telephone calls to coordinate scheduling and appointments with the workshop manager.
  • Prepare invoices, present and explain invoices to customers, and process customer payments.
  • Participate in all administrative and clerical tasks necessary for the smooth running of the department.

Requirements

  • Technical background (ideally in automotive mechanics)
  • Experience in the automotive sector is required
  • Proficient in common office tools/software
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Customer-service oriented
