Responsibilities

  • Developing and executing strategic account plans for complex accounts.
  • Building trusted, senior-level partnerships with key accounts.
  • Leading cross-functional collaboration within marketing, services and supply chain teams.
  • Managing high-value negotiations and securing strategic agreements.
  • Conducting market and competitive analysis.
  • Ensuring compliance with business processes, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Delivering compelling presentations to senior audiences.
  • Playing a key role in transformative projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Master or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales Engineering, or equivalent.
  • 7-10 years of proven experience in a sales or account management role within the Healthcare or Medical Devices industry.
  • Ability to independently manage local accounts.
  • Solid expertise in relevant marketing and sales strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of logistics and process management.
  • Basic financial understanding.
  • Experience delivering presentations at an account management level.
  • Fluency in English and Italian (local language required).
