Responsibilities

  • Provide dedicated administrative support to executives

Requirements

  • Post-Secondary education
  • 3+ years of experience
  • High level of administrative support
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in managing schedules and meetings
  • Experience with correspondence and documentation management
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality
  • Knowledge of regulatory issues/requirements
