Responsibilities
Partner with Regional Vice Presidents and Relationship Managers in managing the day to day commercial loan support
Ensure that processes are conducted efficiently and timely according to established policies and procedures
Provide leadership, coaching and guidance to team members
Verify accuracy and completeness of assigned staff's work, identifying and addressing training opportunities
Develop plans to achieve short-term team goals and complete assigned projects
Research and resolve issues that cross several areas of operations
Actively assist in managing the reporting process
Represent the Commercial Front Line of Business on various task forces and committees
Assist staff with account administration as necessary
Requirements
4 year degree or equivalent experience
4+ years related experience required
Comprehensive knowledge of federal and state regulations and UCC and banking regulations
Leadership, coaching, counseling and supervisory skills
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
In-depth knowledge of loan documentation required
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Strong planning and organizational skills
PC skills - including Word, Excel, Access and other Microsoft products
Strong working knowledge of commercial banking systems
Previous supervisory experience
Ability to balance competing priorities and make sound business decisions
