About the role

  • Marketing Targeting Strategy & Campaign Delivery Manager managing marketing campaigns via Salesforce Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud. Collaborating with stakeholders to deliver data-driven targeting strategies and insights.

Responsibilities

  • Support data driven targeting strategies and execute marketing campaigns thru Salesforce Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud Platform
  • Work closely with multiple stakeholders including Marketing Planners and Business Line
  • Translate strategy recommendations into marketing campaign data specifications
  • Use Salesforce Data Cloud to build Segments and calculated insights
  • Use Salesforce Marketing Cloud for campaign configuration and journey build out
  • Develop and configure dynamic content, Personalization requirements, messaging/activities across channels
  • Generate relevant analytical insights for business issues and identify opportunities to drive business growth

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree or advanced technical degree preferred (e.g., math, physics, engineering, finance or computer science)
  • Graduate's degree preferred with either progressive project work experience, or; 5+ year of relevant experience
  • Hands on experience in executing marketing campaigns with Salesforce Data Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Salesforce Loyalty Management
  • SFMC Administrator Certification and SFMC Email Specialist Certification
  • Experience using SQL, JSON, and Amp script
  • Experience using analytical tools such as SAS, Python or R in formulating relevant and meaningful data analysis
  • Experience in leveraging marketing segmentation techniques using customer and prospect data for targeting campaigns
