Responsibilities
This position supports TD SYNNEX LAC in proactively sourcing, identifying and attracting the talent needed to meet business demands.
Works closely with internal and external clients, strengthening the employer brand, promoting diversity and ensuring compliance with local labor laws throughout the recruitment process.
Perform pre-screening of candidates according to the job requirements
Conduct initial phone interviews
Prepare offer letters and employment contracts
Enter and maintain up-to-date information in the iCIMS system
Lead the organization and scheduling of candidate interviews
Coordinate reference and background checks with approved vendors
Manage internal movement processes, ensuring alignment with company policies
Perform additional activities as required by the area
Adhere to established attendance and punctuality standards
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or Human Resources Management
Minimum of 1 year of relevant professional experience
