About the role

  • Sales assistant managing client prospecting, product demonstrations, and data analysis at TCT Brazil. Qualifying leads and maintaining organization of sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for prospecting new customers
  • Qualify account/portfolio
  • Make contact with all hierarchical levels within client organizations
  • Keep the sales forecast and pipeline up to date
  • Responsible for demonstrating products
  • Assess customer profiles and close sales contracts
  • Provide guidance and information; understand the product or service
  • Analyze target audience data
  • Develop sales strategies accordingly
  • Maintain an agenda of key customers
  • Organize orders; negotiate deadlines and payment terms
  • Propose possible discounts or promotional packages that may be offered.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Excel
  • Technical knowledge in electronics
  • Customer service orientation / enjoy working with the public
  • Basic to intermediate English
