About the role

  • Internal Sales Agent managing a portfolio of customers for Heidelberg Materials. Driving new business and delivering seamless commercial experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively generate new leads and convert prospects through structured outbound calls
  • Build strong relationships with existing customers, following a strategic call plan
  • Price jobs within agreed guidelines and support market analysis with the DSM
  • Handle enquiries, create accurate quotations, and manage customer interactions with professionalism and empathy
  • Support order placement and ensure delivery expectations are met using our SAP system
  • Work closely with DSMs, CSC, and distribution teams to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales or customer service, ideally within a commercial or industrial setting
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with accuracy and efficiency
  • A proactive mindset with a focus on delivering value to customers
  • Comfortable using digital systems and tools (SAP experience is a plus)
