Responsibilities
You actively support our Sales Managers and the Pre‑Sales team in day‑to‑day operations — e.g., by scheduling appointments, handling follow‑ups, and preparing the next steps thoroughly
You independently prepare quotes, order confirmations, and related contract and license documents, ensuring fast and reliable processing
You handle daily customer correspondence (phone & email), respond to inquiries promptly, and provide service‑oriented support to existing customers
You keep our customer data up to date: maintain master data across various systems and ensure continuity of contracts and licenses
You regularly monitor license and contract terms and ensure renewals are initiated in a timely manner
You keep an eye on open quotes, maintain them in the relevant systems, and follow up proactively to support deal closures
You check order confirmations for completeness and accuracy and ensure clean, reliable processing
You supervise and support our trainees within the team and accompany them in their daily work as a reliable point of contact
You assist with sales promotion activities such as trade shows/events or marketing initiatives and, if needed, prepare meeting rooms for events
Requirements
You are proficient with Microsoft 365 — especially Excel, Teams, Word, and PowerPoint
You have experience in customer‑facing roles, present a service‑oriented attitude, and have a clear sales affinity
Ideally you have experience with Salesforce (or a comparable CRM) and use it routinely in daily sales operations
Ideally you bring knowledge from the logistics or transport industry and can appropriately assess requirements from that environment
You have business‑fluent German (C2) and good English skills (B2–C1)
