Responsibilities

  • Drive recruitment processes for internship and administrative positions, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Conduct onboarding for new administrative hires and interns, overseeing the entire onboarding and integration cycle.
  • Support the organization of internship program initiatives and job fairs, encouraging active participation from participants.
  • Assist in organizing and executing corporate events and initiatives, both internal and external, strengthening organizational culture and employee engagement.
  • Conduct regular follow-up interviews with new hires, ensuring proper adjustment and identifying potential improvements in the integration process.
  • Conduct exit interviews, contributing to the identification of opportunities to improve the work environment and internal processes.
