Requirements

  • Nursing Degree
  • Should have an active PHRN license
  • Must have experience handling a team for a minimum of 2 years in medical/clinical account (Global Support)
  • Preferably with experience handling/monitoring metrics, e.g., CSAT, NPS, AHT, FCR
