Senior Analyst managing and growing Mastercard partner relationships across Northern Europe. Responsible for driving payments and commercial activities within assigned geographies.
Responsibilities
Independently manage and grow a portfolio of Mastercard partners, acting as a primary point of contact and driving day to day relationship and commercial activities.
Lead opportunity development by identifying growth areas, conducting structured market and customer analysis, shaping value propositions.
Drive the sales and onboarding pipeline end to end for your accounts, ensuring accurate pipeline management, proactive escalation of blockers, and smooth coordination across internal functions.
Lead commercial deal execution, preparing and refining commercial proposals, coordinating documentation flows, aligning with Legal, Product, Advisors, and Finance teams, and ensuring timely closure.
Develop and deliver high quality customer facing materials, including business reviews, strategic updates, and tailored presentations, with strong storytelling and analytical clarity.
Contribute to financial planning activities by preparing forecasts, supporting budgeting cycles, and providing data driven insights on portfolio performance and growth drivers.
Build and maintain business cases and financial models for prioritized opportunities, handling full ownership of medium complexity analyses and contributing to evaluation of larger strategic initiatives.
Monitor customer performance and market dynamics, synthesizing insights, identifying risks and opportunities, and making recommendations to senior account managers and leadership.
Drive cross functional collaboration, ensuring alignment across Product, Advisors, Acceptance, Finance, Legal, and regional market teams to deliver on customer needs and support execution excellence.
Track, analyze, and report key KPIs related to pipeline health, portfolio performance, customer activity, and strategic initiatives, providing regular updates to leadership.
Act as a trusted advisor to customers on Mastercard solutions, guiding them through options and helping shape partnership discussions that support long term growth.

Interest in business development and foundational understanding of the payments/financial industry.
Fluent in English; additional European language skills are an advantage.
