Responsibilities
Strategic development, management and sustainable expansion of digital brand partnerships
Designing, implementing and continuously optimizing innovative cooperation models in the digital environment
Cross-functional collaboration with internal departments and management of external partners and stakeholders
Preparing well-founded decision materials and persuasive management-level presentations (Keynote, PowerPoint)
Analyzing market, brand and trend potentials in the music and live entertainment sector to identify new growth opportunities
Independently leading contract negotiations as well as the strategic development and scaling of existing partnerships
Requirements
University degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, Media Management or a comparable qualification
Minimum of five years’ relevant professional experience in digital marketing, digital monetization, brand partnerships or a comparable field
Proven experience in designing and producing visually and substantively compelling presentations for decision-makers and management
Strong affinity for music and live entertainment and a good understanding of the relevant market dynamics
Business-fluent English, both written and spoken
Highly developed strategic thinking and analytical skills to evaluate complex issues
Strong sense of responsibility, reliability and organizational skills in managing demanding projects
Above-average commitment, resilience and results orientation
Confident and persuasive presence when interacting with internal and external stakeholders
