About the role

  • Partnership Sales Manager focused on developing Dynamic Yield’s partner ecosystem in the German market. Building relationships and driving partner sourced revenue across CEE and SEE.

Responsibilities

  • Own, shape, and develop the Dynamic Yield partner ecosystem across CEE and SEE
  • Build, manage, and deepen relationships with digital and marketing agencies, consulting firms, and technology partners
  • Drive partner sourced and partner influenced pipeline
  • Activate and grow existing partners
  • Collaborate with broader Mastercard partnership teams

Requirements

  • Proven experience in channel, alliances, or partner sales within SaaS, MarTech, personalization, ecommerce, or digital experience platforms
  • Strong background working with agency and/or technology partners
  • Solid understanding of partner led sales models, including referral and influence motions
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively both verbally and in writing – in English and ideally in German as well
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
