About the role

Responsibilities
- Lead product development lifecycle from concept through pilot, launch, and scale
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to define technical requirements and user experience
- Translate strategic goals into actionable development plans and product features
- Partner with AI firms, agentic providers, startups, issuers, wallets, merchants, and PSPs to gather feedback and refine product direction
- Define and track product KPIs, performance metrics, and customer adoption
- Support go-to-market planning and regional rollout strategies
- Ensure product-market fit through iterative development and customer validation
- Drive connections between adjacent products and features to create cohesive experiences
Requirements
- Experience in product development or technical product management, ideally in payments or fintech
- Strong understanding of digital wallets, tokenization, authentication, and consumer payments
- Familiarity with Mastercard’s ecosystem: issuers, acquirers, PSPs, merchants, and wallet operators
- Technical fluency and ability to collaborate with engineering teams
- Strategic mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including experience with executive stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or technical background a plus
