About the role
- Inkoopmanager responsible for supply chain management and procurement at Intersteel. Leading a team to enhance operational efficiency and supplier relationships.
Responsibilities
- Als Inkoopmanager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het verder professionaliseren van de inkooporganisatie en het borgen van een betrouwbare, efficiënte supply chain.
- Je vertaalt de organisatiestrategie naar tactisch en operationeel niveau en draagt als MT-lid verantwoordelijkheid voor de prestaties en ontwikkeling van de organisatie.
- Je bent eindverantwoordelijk voor leverbetrouwbaarheid, productbeschikbaarheid, voorraadbeheer en goederenstromen.
- Je stuurt het inkoop en supply chain team aan en bent verantwoordelijk voor coaching en ontwikkeling.
- Je bouwt duurzame relaties met internationale leveranciers en onderhandelt over prijzen, condities en contracten.
- Je stemt nauw af met Sales over productintroducties, acties en klantafspraken.
- Je analyseert prestaties, processen en marktontwikkelingen en vertaalt die naar concrete verbeteringen.
- Je levert als MT-lid een inhoudelijke bijdrage op thema’s als KPI’s, werkkapitaal, beschikbaarheid en leveranciersontwikkeling.
Requirements
- HBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur richting (Technische) Bedrijfskunde of Supply Chain Management
- Minimaal 7 jaar ervaring binnen inkoop of supply chain, aangevuld met leidinggevende ervaring
- Sterk analytisch en cijfermatig inzicht, met ervaring in ERP-systemen, SAP is een pré
- Ervaring met het aansturen en ontwikkelen van teams in een dynamische omgeving
- Commercieel inzicht en het vermogen om breder dan alleen inkoop te kijken
- Ervaring met leveranciersmanagement en onderhandelingen, bij voorkeur in een internationale context
- Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal
- Affiniteit met technische producten is een duidelijke pré.

- Salaris tot circa €7.000 bruto per maand, afhankelijk van ervaring
