About the role

  • Early Careers Recruiter managing campus recruitment processes at Mastercard in Europe. Focusing on internships, graduate programs, and university partnerships to attract early career talent.

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute the full lifecycle campus recruitment process across assigned European markets.
  • Manage pipelines across internships, graduate programs, direct sourcing and referrals.
  • Deliver hiring outcomes aligned to workforce plans and diversity objectives.
  • Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience from attraction through offer.
  • Deliver the local onboarding experience for our graduates in Hungary.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with target universities, career services, faculty, and student organisations.
  • Represent Mastercard at campus events and external engagements to strengthen employer brand visibility.
  • Identify and activate new partnership opportunities to broaden and diversify talent pipelines.
  • Plan and coordinate the annual internship programme in partnership with the Global Campus team and local HR stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate and compliant data capture across CRM and ATS platforms.
  • Track hiring metrics and provide data-driven insights to continuously improve attraction channels, event ROI and conversion rates.
  • Ensure adherence to regional compliance standards and global acquisition processes.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience in campus recruitment, university relations or early careers hiring.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and stakeholder groups simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical capability with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with confidence engaging at all organisational levels.
  • Strong project management discipline with attention to detail and delivery accuracy.
  • Ability to operate with pace, adaptability and discretion in a complex, global environment.
  • Preferred: Experience working across multiple European markets.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM platforms.
  • Experience supporting structured internship or graduate programmes.
