Support and run end-to-end recruitment processes (job posting, screening, interviews, pipeline management, and closing/hiring)

Requirements
Bachelor's degree completed or in the final semesters of study (preferred: Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields)
Minimum of 1 year of prior experience in HR and Payroll (DP)
Highly communicative and enjoys interacting with people
Proactive, high-energy, and hands-on attitude
Organized and autonomous in managing tasks and deadlines
Genuine interest in people development and company culture
Nice to have: curiosity/interest in AI and automation to improve processes
