Responsibilities
Act on projects to modernize and automate work-hour processes, redesigning workflows and proposing continuous improvements;
Lead meetings with partner areas to review processes and align best practices;
Support managers by providing technical guidance on timekeeping procedures and compliance with internal policies;
Analyze and resolve timekeeping inconsistencies in SAP, ensuring accurate records and compliance with legislation;
Lock and unlock the SAP portal during monthly close, ensuring proper payroll processing;
Process Time vs. Payroll reports and compare recorded hours with expected hours, adjusting discrepancies when necessary;
Create automated reports, provide assessments, and analyze overtime reports, general incidents, and other work-hour indicators to support area decision-making;
Update calculation criteria in SAP (holidays, percentages, overtime rules), aligning Collective Bargaining Agreements and internal policies.
Requirements
Knowledge of SAP — work-hour and timekeeping routines
Labor legislation applicable to working hours (CLT and timekeeping rules)
Collective Bargaining Agreements related to working hours
Advanced knowledge of timekeeping control and inconsistency resolution
Advanced Excel
Experience in project management
Meeting facilitation and interpersonal skills
Preferred: Experience with process automation
Preferred: Participation in seminars or courses on working time
Preferred: Knowledge of data analysis tools (Power BI, dashboards)
