Responsibilities

  • Serves as a trusted advisor to senior and executive leadership, providing strategic HR guidance and support
  • Provides HR leadership and support within a manufacturing environment, ensuring alignment with operational goals and workforce needs
  • Partners with manufacturing leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives
  • Provides guidance to managers on employment law issues and escalates concerns as required
  • Leads and manages complex employee relations issues with a focus on resolution and risk mitigation
  • Drives change management initiatives to support organizational transformation and growth
  • Applies strong business acumen to understand key drivers of organizational performance and contributes to business planning
  • Leverages data and analytics to improve decision-making and to measure HR effectiveness
  • Supports workforce planning, talent development, and succession planning efforts
  • Champions a culture of continuous improvement, inclusion, and employee engagement
  • Collaborates across HR functions to implement programs that foster a high-performance culture

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1-2 years of HR experience; or an equivalent combination of education and direct Human Resources experience
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR role, preferably within a startup environment
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to guide and influence Human Resources initiatives
  • Proficiency in HR software and tools
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
