About the role

  • Manager of Consumer Technology at Tapestry leading the implementation of MarTech products. Focusing on CRM, integration, and collaborative project management for high-quality launches.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end implementation of MarTech products, including CRM/CDP/MA enhancements, consumer data integration, and tracking solutions.
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and risks to ensure on-time and high-quality launches.
  • Oversee testing, UAT, data validation, and quality assurance to ensure solution stability and performance.
  • Ensure smooth go-live, cutover planning, and post-launch support.
  • Work closely with architects to ensure MarTech solutions align with overall technical architecture, data flow design, and integration standards.
  • Participate in technical design reviews, assessing feasibility, scalability, security, and long-term maintainability.
  • Manage day-to-day delivery with technology vendors and implementation partners, ensuring adherence to scope, quality, and project schedules.
  • Support continuous enhancements, change requests, and release management processes.
  • Ensure all solutions follow data privacy, security, and PIPL compliance standards.
  • Monitor platform performance and drive continuous optimization initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in digital product implementation, MarTech delivery, or technical project management.
  • Solid working knowledge of CRM, CDP, marketing automation, and tracking technologies.
  • Proven ability to understand and participate in technical discussions, including API integration, data models, tagging frameworks, and cloud platforms.
  • Experience collaborating with architects, engineers, and data teams across complex technical environments.
  • Strong project management skills with experience in agile or waterfall methodologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple vendors and delivery partners simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
