About the role

  • Activity Manager managing multiple product launches and changes for Mars Petcare Australia. Working with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure successful project completion in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple New Product launches and product changes
  • Be relied upon as an expert on project management, including records and data, managing expectations, informing stakeholders, tracking deliverables, milestones and comparing to plan
  • Deliver and coordinate activity-related communication and reporting across the business
  • Liaise with suppliers from around the world to coordinate the supply chain for each activity
  • Where there are critical risks against a project, escalate to management along with recommendations for decisions or corrective actions, and requests for support or direction

Requirements

  • Activity Management, Project Management or trade Marketing experience is essential
  • FMCG Industry knowledge or transferable Industry within Supply Chain
  • Strong financial and business acumen is essential
