Client Delivery Manager for developing innovative financial solutions and leading project execution. Responsible for driving growth in strategic accounts within the financial sector in Catalonia.
Responsibilities
Identificar nuevas oportunidades y colaborar activamente en la estrategia comercial del Client executive Partner para generar crecimiento en las cuentas estratégicas del sector financiero en Cataluña.
Liderar la ejecución end-to-end de proyectos, asegurando la calidad, el cumplimiento del presupuesto y rentabilidad acordada.
Actuar como SPOC para el delivery, garantizando al cliente la entrega conforme a los estándares acordados.
Control y seguimiento de todos los KPIs asociados a las cuentas: Order Entry, External Revenue, Project Margin, generación y cumplimiento de los billing plan y Free Cash Flow (aceleración de facturación, control del overdue).
Requirements
5+ años en desarrollo de negocio en cuentas del sector financiero en Cataluña.
Experiencia en delivery de soluciones tecnológicas actuales y programas de transformación en el sector financiero.
Inglés fluido (oral y escrito).
