About the role

  • VIP Manager responsible for exceptional VIP experiences at Rhino Entertainment. Managing high-value players' satisfaction and loyalty through personalized support and engagement in Malta.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of high-value players, understanding their preferences and needs, alongside developing them from being simply customers to becoming brand advocates.
  • Proactively engage with VIP players through various communication channels, including phone calls, emails and WhatsApp
  • Build long-lasting relationships with players by providing personalised support and addressing any concerns or issues they may have
  • Monitor player activity and identify opportunities to enhance their gaming experience
  • Collaborate with other internal departments such as marketing and promotions to create targeted campaigns for VIP players
  • Collecting and analysing information and data on customer segments and suggesting changes for optimization
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to ensure we are offering the best VIP experience in the market

Requirements

  • Fluent in both Finnish and English languages, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of any other languages would be considered a strong asset.
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the online casino industry is highly desirable
  • Strong customer service skills with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and establish trust with high-value players
  • Team player with a positive attitude and proactive approach to work
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
