About the role

  • Client Support Analyst assisting relationship managers with client portfolios at Barclays International. Coordinating tasks, managing relationships, and providing insights for portfolio adjustments.

Responsibilities

  • Assist relationship managers in managing client portfolios and optimising client experience
  • Maintain client information, manage contracts and agreements, and prepare reports
  • Coordinate schedules for relationship managers and clients
  • Process transactions and manage expense reports
  • Gather information on market trends and competitor offerings
  • Analyze client data and prepare performance reports
  • Manage inbound and outbound communication with clients
  • Support clients with tasks such as deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and updating information
  • Guide new customers through account opening procedures
  • Resolve various customer concerns and inquiries
  • Follow strict data security protocols and ethical practices

Requirements

  • Experience in managing client relationships
  • Experience working with risk and governance frameworks
  • Experience reviewing large datasets
  • Previous experience with KYC
  • Previous experience liaising with International clients via phone
  • Knowledge of Private Bank and Wealth Management Business
  • Additional language skills
