Responsibilities

  • Provide hands-on technical support in a large international enterprise environment
  • Assist with the installation, maintenance, and support of end-user computing hardware and software
  • Work directly with end users to assess hardware and software needs
  • Utilize automation and remote management tools to deploy software and updates
  • Support desktop imaging processes and maintain standardized build images
  • Provide timely, professional support for end users experiencing hardware, software, or connectivity issues

Requirements

  • Must be actively enrolled in a graduate or undergraduate program with a related major
  • Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) preferred
