Requirements
- 3+ років досвіду на позиції Head of Talent Acquisition.
- Знання англійської на рівні Advanced та вище.
- Досвід побудови або трансформації рекрутмент-функції з нуля.
- Глибоке розуміння метрик, аналітики та системного підходу.
- Мислення рекрутингу як бізнес-функції, а не сервісу.
- Сильні лідерські якості, здатність будувати, масштабувати та надихати команду.
