Responsibilities
Manages the provider recruitment process and is responsible for planning, developing, and implementing effective provider sourcing and recruitment initiatives to support the strategic direction of the organization.
Recruits qualified providers for medical staff and assists in the development of strategic recruitment plans, coordinating a comprehensive recruitment program and assessing both immediate and long-term organizational recruitment needs.
Responsible for monitoring recruitment activity across all service lines, sourcing, maintaining reports, scheduling and coordinating interviews with Administration, acting as the main contact for providers during the entire process, and participating in the onboarding and orientation process of new providers.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree
2 Years of related experience in an Administrative or Clerical Support role
2 Years of Administrative or Clerical Support experience can be substituted for 1 Year of direct experience in physician recruitment and/or functioning as a physician hiring liaison
