About the role

  • Sales Development Representative managing full sales cycle for Talent 360. Building client relationships and ensuring satisfaction in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
  • Prospect and generate new clients through different channels
  • Conduct sales calls and meetings with potential and existing clients
  • Understand client needs and present tailored solutions
  • Close deals and follow up to ensure long-term client satisfaction
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Collect client feedback after onboarding and ensure service quality
  • Coordinate with internal teams to deliver a smooth client experience

Requirements

  • 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or related fields (fresh grads are welcome)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Target-driven with a client-focused mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
  • Comfortable with hybrid work (office & remote)
