Responsibilities
Assist in managing client accounts, ensuring satisfaction, analyzing benefit offerings, providing solutions, and preparing renewal presentations.
Stay informed about industry trends and lead educational sessions during Open Enrollment.
Advise clients on benefit plan administration, compliance, funding options, and address inquiries related to benefits programs.
Serve as the point of contact for Third-Party Administrators, and guide clients through the enrollment process.
Provide ongoing support to maintain client relationships, prioritize tasks, and seek assistance to meet deadlines.
Meet with clients to address insurance needs, ensure producers are informed of account status
Perform other duties to support the client services team.

Requirements
3+ years of experience in a similar position
Life & Health Insurance license required
Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
Quick learner with a strong aptitude for technology
High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other standard office software
A team-oriented attitude with a passion for driving growth and success
Ability to establish and maintain professional working relationships with clients and team members
Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
