About the role

  • Employee Benefits Account Manager providing client-centered insurance solutions and managing benefit inquiries in Flower Mound, TX. Assist in maintaining client satisfaction and advising on benefit plan options.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing client accounts, ensuring satisfaction, analyzing benefit offerings, providing solutions, and preparing renewal presentations.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and lead educational sessions during Open Enrollment.
  • Advise clients on benefit plan administration, compliance, funding options, and address inquiries related to benefits programs.
  • Serve as the point of contact for Third-Party Administrators, and guide clients through the enrollment process.
  • Provide ongoing support to maintain client relationships, prioritize tasks, and seek assistance to meet deadlines.
  • Meet with clients to address insurance needs, ensure producers are informed of account status
  • Perform other duties to support the client services team.
  • Engage in professional development
  • Continuously build expertise in the employee benefits space to stay at the forefront of industry standards.
  • Foster a growth mindset, focusing on both personal and team development

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar position
  • Life & Health Insurance license required
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
  • Quick learner with a strong aptitude for technology
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other standard office software
  • A team-oriented attitude with a passion for driving growth and success
  • Ability to establish and maintain professional working relationships with clients and team members
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
