About the role

  • Key Account Manager at Just Eat Takeaway.com managing Strategic Key Account Partners in Germany. Responsible for client relations, business development, and strategic negotiations.

Responsibilities

  • Be the primary point of contact at Lieferando for our well-known restaurant and hospitality partners.
  • Acquire and identify new business opportunities with Strategic Key Account partners in Germany.
  • Expand and further develop your own customer portfolio within the company.
  • Account relationship management: provide excellent, independent and comprehensive service/support and act as the first point of contact for our Strategic Accounts on all matters.
  • Negotiate partnerships with key decision-makers of individual chains and support pilot projects.
  • Independently plan, prepare and conduct annual, acquisition, closing and pricing meetings, including follow-up and documentation.
  • Work closely with your Team Lead and our global team to achieve optimal results.

Requirements

  • A degree in business/economics, a commercial qualification, or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales and/or Key Account Management.
  • Fluent German and English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
  • High level of professionalism and expertise in contract negotiations and managing strategic clients.
  • Strong communication skills and a pronounced sales talent with persuasive negotiation skills.
  • An independent, structured and efficient working style and a confident manner are second nature to you.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and enthusiasm for continuously developing and pursuing new solutions.
  • Willingness to travel frequently to customers (a company car is provided).
  • Confident user of Google Drive, MS Office, Salesforce and other common communication tools such as Slack.
