About the role

  • Administrative tasks such as employment references/certificates, job descriptions, probationary period letters, home-office agreements, organizational charts, and handling maternity and parental leave matters
  • Active participation in recruiting, including administrative and organizational tasks (e.g., creating job advertisements, conducting interviews, works council consultations, performing HR onboarding on the first day, developing and updating meaningful recruitment metrics, etc.)
  • Point of contact for our temporary staff from their start date, including invoice verification
  • Support for international colleagues

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a comparable vocational qualification
  • Professional experience in HR administration and initial experience and enthusiasm for recruiting
  • Conscientious and independent working style with strong organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills and enjoyment in working with people and in a team
  • Confident user of MS Office and willingness to learn SAP HCM
  • Very good German and English language skills
