About the role
- Inside Sales role responsible for developing sales strategies and nurturing leads in Tokyo. Collaborating with field sales to enhance deal closure rates and drive organizational growth.
Responsibilities

- オペレーションの構築：CRMの活用ルールの策定、トークスクリプトやメールテンプレートの作成・改善を行う
- 組織化の準備： 成果の可視化、ナレッジの共有、将来的なメンバー採用や育成の基盤作りを行う
Requirements
- IT業界における2年以上のインサイドセールス、もしくはアカウントセールスの経験
- CxOやLoBなど、顧客のエグゼクティブ層やキーマンと密に連携することができる方
- 強力なビジネス開発スキルと戦略的思考能力
- データに基づいた仮説検証サイクル（PDCA）を回す力
- ビジネスレベル以上の日本語能力
