About the role

  • Inside Sales Representative managing and closing sales opportunities for Falcon Electric, a leader in online UPS technology. Collaborating with engineering and supply chain to deliver technical solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Own and close assigned sales opportunities, typically ranging from 2–3 week cycles to larger projects of 3–6 months
  • Respond to inbound inquiries and proactively follow up on qualified leads
  • Prepare and present accurate quotes and proposals aligned with customer needs
  • Negotiate pricing, delivery timelines, and commercial terms within approved authority
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through consistent communication and follow-up
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to confirm feasibility, lead times, and costs

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of B2B sales experience in a technical or industrial environment
  • Associate degree in Electrical Engineering Technology, Electronics Technology, Industrial Technology, Power Engineering, Energy Systems, or a related field
  • Proven experience managing short sales cycles and project-based opportunities
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn complex products
  • Experience selling products or solutions in UPS systems, Power and power electronics, Renewable energy systems, Electrical distribution equipment, etc.
