About the role

  • Inside Sales student role focusing on proactive customer acquisition through telesales. Remote and hybrid flexible working arrangements available in Germany.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively conduct structured telesales and sales activities to acquire new customers
  • Telephone outreach to decision-makers with the clear objective of scheduling qualified new-customer appointments for the sales team
  • Systematic maintenance, updating and expansion of contacts, leads and company records in the CRM
  • Planning and execution of targeted calling projects to sustainably build the sales pipeline
  • Complete documentation of all activities and outcomes in the CRM to ensure transparent sales management

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills and enjoyment of customer contact
  • Ideally some initial experience in sales, telesales or marketing
  • Independent, structured and reliable way of working
  • Organizational skills and a team-oriented mindset
  • Motivation to proactively build new contacts and conduct calls
