Responsibilities
Preparing quotations (customer or vendor inquiries) within a maximum of 24 hours
Following up on quotations in cooperation with the Sales team
Entering customer orders into SAP
Order processing for local service warehouses
Point of contact for our salespeople, technicians and customers regarding quotation processing
Building customer relationships
Increasing and maintaining customer satisfaction
Telephone-based customer advisory on technical products
Negotiating prices with customers in coordination with the responsible salesperson
Reporting in Salesforce to document activities and customer concerns
Passing orders on to Service
Billing service calls and orders
Communication with the Shared Service Center and production plants (Poland/France)
Acting as deputy for Inside Sales colleagues in AT / CH
Requirements
Commercial/administrative qualification
Several years of professional experience in a customer service center / sales support
Strong communication skills
Confident in argumentation

Ability to work independently
PC skills (MS Office)
Good Excel skills
Experience with ERP (SAP) and CRM (Salesforce) is an advantage
