About the role

  • Bid Content Assistant curating functional content for case management software bids. Collaborating closely with the Bid Team to enhance tender responses effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Curate functional responses from previous tenders within a SharePoint staging area
  • Organise and align curated content according to the bid library structure
  • Ensure all content is accurately styled and formatted
  • Import prepared material into the bid library tool
  • Assist in enhancing the bid library tool and support initial draft tender responses

Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, including mastery of styles, converting tables to text, and anchoring images
  • Strong Excel capabilities
  • Good attention to detail, with strong methodological skills
  • Highly organised and proactive, able to work independently
  • Exceptional written communication skills
