About the role

  • Junior People Operations Specialist betreut Mitarbeiter im gesamten Life-Cycle. Unterstützung in Personalfragen und Erstellung relevanter Dokumente sowie Reports.

Responsibilities

  • Operational HR support for employees across the entire life cycle, including all administrative tasks
  • Maintain employee records in Personio and SAP; prepare employment-related documents
  • Support in preparing HR reports
  • Collaborate with the payroll provider to maintain and review monthly payroll data
  • Serve as a point of contact for managers and employees on all administrative HR matters

Requirements

  • University degree, preferably with a focus on HR, business administration, or social sciences, or a comparable vocational qualification
  • At least 1 year of experience in HR with a focus on employee administration/HR support
  • Strong affinity for and initial experience with payroll, wage tax law, and social security law
  • Goal-oriented, structured, and independent working style
  • Strong communication skills, willingness to learn, loyalty, and team spirit
  • Confident user of common Office applications, Personio, SAP, and Confluence
  • Business-fluent German and English
