- Set and steer the in-force value management strategy to optimize portfolio performance and protect embedded value
- Act as performance steward at portfolio level, balancing growth, profitability, capital and risk considerations
- Lead cross-functional alignment at enterprise level, partnering with CUO, COO, Finance and Group stakeholders
- Foster a high-performance culture that emphasizes risk awareness, ownership and continuous improvement
- Contribute to strategic direction and enable delivery of transformation priorities under Built to Lead
Requirements
- Qualified actuary with 15+ years' actuarial experience in Life & Health re/insurance
- Proven experience in shaping technical strategy and translating it into measurable outcomes
- Track record of building and evolving high-performing leadership teams
- Demonstrated ability to drive transformation and embed innovation at scale
- Strong enterprise thinking with portfolio-level perspective
